The preparation and dual-mode detection of ascorbic acid based on poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) nanogel with oxidase-like activity

A polymer nanogel with oxidase-like activity was firstly synthesized. Furthermore, a colorimetric-fluorescence dual-mode detection platform was constructed to detect ascorbic acid. The platform can be used in real samples with satisfactory results.
