摘要
The zero-field 59Co NMR, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and magnetization were measured to study the synthesized phase of ferromagnetic mechanically alloyed Fe50Co50 as a function of milling time. Fe (Co) atom entered the bcc Co (Fe) structure at milling time (MT) = 5 h. The NMR and XRD data indicate that Fe and Co atoms were alloyed homogeneously at MT = 20 h. However, the mixed phase Fe50Co50 separated into Fe- and Co-rich phases at MT = 30 h. Further, the Fe50Co50 phase was observed again for milling at 70 h. The alloying was completed at 70 h because the NMR, XRD, and magnetization showed unchanged results up to MT = 150 h.
