Vertical Nb2O5 micro-petal array photoelectrochemical deep-UV photodetectors for underwater weak-light photodetection

Nb 2 O 5 MPA-based PEC PDs exhibit an R of 146.44 mA W −1 under weak 254 nm light, an ultrahigh rejection ratio of 22 306, and good UV photoresponse in acidic and alkaline electrolytes and simulated seawater at 5, 25 and 45 °C.
