摘要
Herein, we propose and validate an innovative viewpoint that by manipulating the compromise and synergy in thermoelectric GeTe–CuSbS 2 alloys, it is possible to reach a lattice thermal conductivity of 0.3 W m −1 K −1 lower than the amorphous limit.
