Biomimetic Cascade-Targeted Nanoplatforms The cover image illustrates a biomimetic nanoplatform (GRE) designed for targeted therapy of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). The nanoparticle system combines RRL peptide-mediated active targeting of Hsp70, ROS-triggered release of Evodiamine (EVO), and intrinsic fluorescence of graphene quantum dots (GQDs) for real-time imaging. The vivid visualization of nanoparticle accumulation at the tumor site, deep penetration, and intracellular activation highlights the therapeutic synergy and targeting specificity of this multifunctional system.
