Here, dynamic regulations of EDL were achieved by contact electrification, forming triboiontronics. Through regulating the diffuse layer and Stern layer, an efficient direct-current triboiontronic nanogenerator and a bionic neurologic circuit were constructed. It provids an interdisciplinary paradigm of charge regulation for prospective applications and offers a platform to study the ionic-electronic coupling interface for efficient energy and information flow.
