摘要
Nowadays, people not only pursue satiety, but also pay more attention to innovation in food. At the same time, with the vigorous development and popularization of the Internet, more and more people also buy food on shopping platforms through the Internet. The Chinese food nut market was born and developed under such a comprehensive situation. I selected Three Squirrel enterprise as an example, and analyzed its 4ps marketing strategies, and then measured the company's strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities by using SWOT analysis method. Eventually, I analyzed the company's main problems and put forward suggestions on this basis. The study of this leading enterprise has guiding significance for the study of China's food nut industry.
