Copper doped NH2-metal-organic frameworks as co-reactant modulating unit for sensitive electrochemiluminescence immunoassay

A facile ECL immunosensor for the sensitive detection of the prostate-specific antigen was constructed based on a co-reactant modulating strategy using Cu 2+ -modified NH 2 -metal–organic framework nanoprobes as modulating units.
