Comparison of Lignin Degradation Enzymes Produced By Three White-rot Fungi

A comparative study was made of the production of Laccase and Manganese peroxidases in vibrating cultivation by three white-rot fungi: Phanerochaete chrysosporium,Trametes versicolor and Fomes lignosus,and of the concentration change of the reduced glucose in different cultivation.The results show that the laccase produced by Trametes versicolor is the highest among the three,the manganesae peroxidases produced by Fomes lignosus is the highest among the three,and the glucose concentration will be lowered with cultivation days.
