摘要
AIM: To study the chemical constituents of Ligularlia pleurocaulis. METHOD: The constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography and the structures were identified by properties and spectal analysis. RESULT: Eight compounds were obtained and identified as 3α-hydroxy-8-oxo-eremophila-6,9-dien-12-oic acid(1),furannoligularenone(2),3-oxo-eremophila-1,7(11)-dien-12,8β-olide(3),3-oxo-8α-hydroxyl-10αH-eremophila-1,7(11)-dien-12,8β-olide (4),3-oxo-8α-methoxyl-10αH-eremophila-1,7(11)-dien-12,8β-olide (5),7α,8α-epoxy-eremophila-12β,8β(15β,6α)-diolide(6),8β-ethoxy-eremophila-7(11)-en-12,8α-(15β,6α)-diolide (7) and 8β-hydroxy-7,11-eremophilen-12,8α-olide (8).CONCLUSION:Compound 1 is a new sesquiterpene,and compounds 3~6 were obtained from this genus for the first time.
