Starting from the outlet of national culture under the background of globalization the discriminations between regionalism and modernism are discussed.Based upon analysis of the outlet regionalism the attitude of regionalism to architecture is elaborated.In the end considerations are made on the outlet of regionalism under the background of globalization.
