Effect of CaCl_2 on Store of Pueraria lobata Earthnut at Low Temperature after Harvest

The lab test showed that Pueraria lobata treated by 2% CaCl2 at 4 ℃ low temperature could decrease relative conductivity and content of MDA and increase SOD activity.It is concluded that CaCl2 treatment and appropriate low temperature can make Pueraria lobata keep higher SOD activity,remove the oxygen free radical and decrease lipid peroxidation,which is favorable to the store of Pueraria lobata earthnut after harvest.
