The Observation and Analysis of Combined Medication in Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

Objective:To observe and analyze the effects of combined medication in treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods:80 patients suffered with ulcerative colitis were divided in two groups.The control group treated with sulfasalazine,the drug combination group treated with Tongxieyaofang oral administration and clysters,and sulfasalazine.The effects,C reaction protein,and side effects were recorded.Results:There were significantly higher for invalid effect and side effect,but lower heal rate in control group than the drug combination group(P0.05).After treatment,C reaction protein reduced significantly in two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Combined medication is an effective and safe method in treating ulcerative colitis.
