Objective: To study the influence of Matrine and Oxymatrine on human normal hepatic cells(HL7702).Method: ①Detect the influence of Matrine and Oxymatrine on the activity of hepatic through MTT.②Observe the shape of cells through inverted microscope.③After giving Matrine and Oxymatrine,detect the change of ALT、AST、ALP and LDH in cultural supernatant of hepatic cells.Results:①The MTT method shows that 2.5~5mg/mL Matrine decreases the activity of hepatic damaticly(P0.01),5mg/mL Oxymatrine have inhibitory action of hepatic cells' activity.②Through the optical microscope,the results shows that in Matrine and Oxymatrine group,there is shrinking,change circle,volume become small,brilliance increase in cells,the number of cells in this condition raised as the increase of concentration.The influence of matrine on the shape of hepatocyte is greater than Oxymatrine.③5mg/mL Matrine and Oxymatrine has increase AST,ALP and LDT(P0.01 or P0.05).In the same concentration,the elevation of AST,ALP and LDT in Matrine group is greater than Oxymatrine group.Conclusion:Matrine and Oxymatrine may cause hepatic toxicity and the toxicity of hepatic Matrine is bigger than Oxymatrine.
