Clinical evaluation on the combine Chemotherapy of Oxaliplatin,5-Fluorouracil and Leucovorin in the treatment advanced gastric cancer

To abserve the response of combination chemotherapy of Oxaliplatin,5-Fluoroura cil and Leucovorin in the treatment advanced gastric cancer.Infusion Oxaliplatin 120 mg/m\+2,one,eight dsys;5-Flu orouraci 1 750 mg/m\+2 one to five days;Leucovorin 100 mg/m\+2,one to five da ys, one cycle for twenty-eight days.Patients received 3cycles of treatment.The response rate of 47.6%. The toxicity of chemotherap y such as nauses,vomitiny mylodepression and diarrhea. [Conclusion]A higher response rate with mild toxicity is pattainab le in patients with advanced gastric cancen treated by combination of Oxaliplati n,5-Fluorouracil and Leucovorln.
