Clinical analysis of surgical treatment of uterine myoma and its complications

Objective:To study the prevention and reduction measures of complications in operative patients with uterine myoma.Methods:To retrospectively analyze the clinical postoperative data of 18 cases of uterine myoma.Results:The complications in 18 patients were mainly poor wound healing,lower extremity deep venous thrombosis,respiratory tract infections,urinary tract infection,urine retention and so on,the incidence rates were 1.60% 0.16%,0.64%,0.32% and 0.16% respectively.Conclusion:Strictly controlling surgical indications and taking the necessary measures could avoid or reduce complications and improve the postoperative quality of life.
