Research on Wall Thick Variation of Scroll Plate for Scroll Vacuum Pump

For research of general scroll profiles based on functional theory,different characters of scroll profiles can be analyzed by select different parameters.Using curvature radius of scroll profile and the variation of curvature radius,the variation of move scroll plate inner profile of scroll vacuum pump was analyzed,then wall thick variation of scroll plates was obtained.Compare with the variation of scroll plate profiles,whose cartesian coordinates were installed by general scroll profiles base on functional theory select a different type of line factor,parameter,and the conclusions showed that when k is equal to two,the scroll plates showed by general scroll profiles are wall thickness;and when k is equal to or greater than three,the scroll plates showed by general scroll profiles are variable wall thickness.So it is identical with preliminary study.
