Determination of Tetramine in Blood

AIM:Acidic hydrolysis and GC/FPD,GC/MS determination was develo ped for tetramine in blood.METHOD:Hydrolysis factor were studied in the process and GC/MC s pectra of tetramine were also analysed without standard library spectra.RESULT:The method has been found to be acute and efficient and t o have little disturbance,compared with L-L method,hydrolysis production of tetramine in blood has increased 169%. CONCLUSION:This method can be applied for the determination of biological sample of terramine
