Reconstructed endometrium in vitro and its application

Reconstruction of endometrium in vitro is to employ the tissue engineering to generate the engineered endometrium that is similar to the native endometrium in structure,morphology and function.Techniques for isolation and culture of the endometrial cells,rational choice of supporting materials and optimization of reconstruction methods are important to successfully construct endometrium in vitro.The reconstructed endometrium can be applied with significance in the studies of pathology,three dimensional culture system,embryo development and medical transplantation.
