Study on the Growth Characteristics of Angel Fruit Wine Yeast

The growth characteristics of Angel fruit wine yeast were studied.The best growth conditions were concluded as follows: temperature at 30 ℃,pH value as 7,1 % cane sugar or 1 % glucose as carbon source,1 % yeast extract or 1 % peptone as nitrogen source.The produced yeast had strong alcohol-resistant properties(achieving 18 %Vol).
