For workpiece of rolled end in cross wedge rolling,the big end concavity in workpiece after rolling is produced.To solve the problem,the way of adding block wedge in the roller corresponding with workpiece end was used.And the principles of block wedge parameters were given.By finite element method simulation,stress and strain were analyzed in the rolling process based on block wedge.The results show that the block wedge can effectively resist surface metal of workpiece which flows faster than inner metal in the rolling process and so to get workpiece with flat end.
