The Research of the Relationship between Team Improvisation and Innovation Performance Dong

Improvisation is an emerging issue in management.The prior researches of the relationship between team improvisation and innovation performance mainly focus on individual or organization level.According to the theoretical analysis,this paper discussed the relationship between team improvisation and innovation performance at team level,and found that team improvisation has a positive influence on team innovation performance.Specifically,spontaneity of team improvisation has a positive influence on team innovation performance;creativity of team improvisation has a positive influence on team innovation performance.The results provide team improvisation theory and management practice with new ideas.
