Studies on Immobilized Papain

Papain is a cysteine proteinase. Nowadays papain has been widely used in food,medicine and industry. In recent years immobilized papain is a hot topic in enzyme engineering researching. This review summarized the immobilized papain studies and application of immobilized papain in recent years and compared the advantages between the different methods to Immobilized papain ,most of them were about characteristics such as enzyme activity,enzyme stability,enzyme recovery.
