Determination of Amino Acids in Different Parts of Physalis alkekengi

The determination of amino acids in different parts of Physalis alkekengi was conducted by Hitachi L-8800 automatic amino acid analyzer.The different parts of Physalis alkekengi were hydrolyzed by HCl before analysis.The results showed that the contents of 18 kinds of total amino acids and drug-effective amino acids in skin and pulp were higher than those in fruit juice.These indicate that the different parts of Physalis alkekengi will have higher study value for medicine and nutrition.
