摘要
This article presents a multidisciplinary model for developing competencies in the use of artificial intelligence technologies in industrial engineering education. The model is built on the integration of engineering, mathematical-algorithmic, humanities-ethics, and data components of training and the alignment of competencies with the modular structure of the program. A formalized description is proposed through competency blocks, a matrix of their connections to educational modules, and integrated indicators of graduate readiness reflecting the quality of data and the balance of engineering, digital, and value-based content. It is demonstrated that the use of systemic, competency-based, and synergistic approaches enables training to be focused on real-world production challenges, the implementation of digital twins, and the development of student project-based activities.
