Drying High Moisture Wet-in-Shell Macadamia Nuts with Low Temperature Dehydrated Air

An experimental recirculating air drier, using low temperature dehumidified air, dried wet-in-shell (WIS) macadamia nuts from 20 to 30% dry basis (d.b.) kernel moisture content to 1.5% d.b. or less within six days.
