摘要
A novel derivative of Tris(2,4,6-trichlorotriphenyl)methyl radical was synthesized and used as the emitter of an organic light-emitting diode. Stable electroluminescent (EL) spectra at the full-range driving voltages and pure red color were obtained through optimizing the device structure. The Commission Internationale de L′ Eclairage (CIE) coordinate of the device at 7 V is (0.667, 0.301), which is very close to the red standard CIE coordinate (0.670, 0.330) of NTSC. The maximum external quantum efficiency of the device is 2.4%, and the formation ratio of doublet exciton is nearly 100%.
