Study On Polyamide 6/Polypropylene Blending

Polyamide 6/polypropylene blends were prepared using polypropylene graft maleic anhydride(PP g MAH),prepared by solid phase mechano chemical method,as compatibilizer.Effect of volume ratio of polyamide 6/polypropylene and the amount of PP g MAH on mechanical properties of blends were investigated.The reaction mechanism for the action of compatibilizer was explored by Molau experiment and FT IR analysis.
