COMPARATIVE STUDY ON FLAVONOID FROM TEN BREEDS OF TARTARY BUCKWHEAT

Flavonoid was determined by spectrophotometry to comparative study of flavonoid content in Ten Breeds of Tartary Buckwheat during different growth stages and different organs.The result showed that the flavonoid content in flowers and leaves of K1,K2,K3,K4,K6 and K9 were higher during first anthesis,the proportion of flavonoid in net weight without moisture is over 10 percent.
