【Objective】To explore the clinical effect of transnasal endoscopic procedure for tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy in the treatment of pediatric obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).【Methods】 Transnasal endoscopic procedures for tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy were performed in 62 cases of pediatric OSAHS.The patients were followed up postoperatively for 3-6 months.【Results】The symptoms of all the patients disappeared postoperatively.No complication was found postoperatively.【Conclusion】Transnasal endoscopic procedures for tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy are effective methods in the treatment of pediatric obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).
