The un-tensioned, rolling-tensioned and hammering-tensioned circular saw were installed on the clamps with different diameter, then the modal of vibration was analyzed under the condition of same clamping force. The experiment testified that with the increase of clamp diameter, the each order natural frequency of saw increased with different degree, whether un-tensioned circular saw or rolling-tensioned and hammering-tensioned circular saw. Of which, for rolling-tensioned circular saw, the natural frequency of second modal of vibration didn't increase or only increased a little; and for hammering-tensioned circular saw, the natural frequency of above four modal of vibration increased obviously.
