The Academic Routes of Chinese Visual Rhetoric Studies

In retrospect to the states of Chinese rhetoric researches dominated by the thoughts of Chen Wangdao in the 20th century,the active entrance of rhetoric into other disciplines since 1980s,the translation of Western visual rhetoric studies and interrelated studies,and the latest Chinese visual rhetoric studies,the writer of this paper for the choke points in the development of Chinese visual rhetoric,and establish the developmental directions afterwards.Going deep into modern China's reality and questions by using ancient Chinese and Western theoretical elements,It is possible to construct Chinese visual rhetoric studies effectively.
