Developement of the Study on Tourmaline in Our Country and Abroad

Crystal mineralogy,Ore-prospecting mineralogy,crystal physical and chemical characteristics and deposit resource are major aspects in studying torumaline in our country and abroad.Crystal structure and physical property of tourmaline are studied in detail,and precious experices in determining geological environment of ore-forming and rock-forming by using chemical compositions of tourmaline have been gained from 40th of 20 century.Enviroment protection and Health products are produced by using physical property of tourmaline,which shows a good exploration future of tourmaline.
