Clinical Study on Post Stroke Depression and Dysmnesia

Objective:To investigate the association of the Post-Stroke Depression with dysmnesia in the patients of stroke.Methods:We studied seventy-four patients within 3 weeks after a first-ever symptomatic stroke.The patients underwent a neurological,psychiatrii and neuropsychological examination within 3 weeks after the stroke.30 healthy volunteers completed the identical tests.The datas were analyzed with SPSS 13.0.Results:The MQ of posstroke patients was lower than that of healthy volunteers,and the MQ of post-stroke depression was significantly lower than that oft-stroke non-deiression.There was significant difference at P0.05,Clinical memory test of post-stroke depression and post-stroke non-depression were lower than that of healthy volunteers,and the manifestation of post-stroke depression was more obvious.Our data indicated the association between post-stroke depression and dysmnesia,and difference were considered significant at P0.05.Conclusion:Post-stroke depression are associated with dysmnesia.The memory impairment of post-stroke depress ion is more severe than that of post-stroke non-depression,dysmnesia indicate that all memory test are decline.
