Field Trails of Bacillus thuringiensis DF on Plutella xylostella

DF is a novel type of environment friendly pesticide formulations.The field trials of 32 000 IU / mg Bacillus thuringiensis DF on Plutella xylostella were carried Out. Results showed that 32 000 IU / mg Bacillus thuringiensis DF had good controlling effect 7d after three treatments(450、600、750 g / hm2) with the efficacy of 84.38%、91.04% and 96.37%, respectively. It could be used in the production of green and organic agriculture.
