Research on the compensation methods of the machine tool errors

The technology of the errors compensation of the machine tool may advance the manufac turing accuracy in the case of not adding greatly the cost. The machine tool errors include mainly the geometric errors and the errors induced by forces and heats. Every error has the respective changing law and is greatly different from the others, and is different from each other for the desire on compensation. The errors induced by forces have most complicated changing laws and need a best compensation system. The corresponding compensation methods are discussed. It is useful for reference to select the reasonable compensating methods.
