Response of milkvetch seedling to low temperature stress in light and dark conditions

Effects of low temperature stress on physiological characteristics of Astragalus fenzelianus seedlings were studied in light and dark treatments.The result showed that the conductance rate,the content of MDA and the activity of SOD increased.The content of chlorophyll decreased.Compared with low temperature dark treatment,the effects was more significant in low temperature and light treatment.
