摘要
Phytochemical investigation of Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill. stems and leaves yielded two new descending triterpenes, pre-schisanyyqxin A (1) and pre-schisanyyqxin B (2), along with six known congeners (3-8). Structural characterisation was accomplished through integrated spectroscopic analysis (1D/2D NMR, HRESIMS, UV-Vis) complemented by ECD calculations and literature comparison. Additionally, the compounds were tested for their anti-oxidant capacity, with compounds 3-8 exhibiting varying degrees of anti-oxidant activity.
