N-rich porous carbons with tunable affinity for CO2 adsorption achieve size-sieving CO2/N2 selectivity in turbostratic interlayers

Carbons with varying porosity and N-content exhibit tunable thermodynamics of CO 2 adsorption, stemming from synergy between confinement and surface chemistry. Further, size-sieving CO 2 /N 2 adsorption selectivity occurs in sub-nanoscale interlayers.
