Reverse synthesis of star anise-like cobalt doped Cu-MOF/Cu2+1O hybrid materials based on a Cu(OH)2 precursor for high performance supercapacitors

A vertically oriented star anise-like MOF-based material is prepared by a novel strategy using Cu(OH)₂ as the template and precursor, which shows promising electrochemical energy storage properties.
