Study of Land Use Planning at Village-level

The purpose of this study is mainly to discuss the problems of land use planning at village level.Method of synthesis analysis was used.The results indicate that land use planning at village level is valuable to integrate industrial development,production and management as well as land use management and to coordinate various plannings quotas granted by superior authorities,land patches are divided to facilitate elastic management,to distribute land use quotas granted by superior authorities,and to form land use zones.It can also be used to resolve the conflicts between planning rigidity and elasticity,establish precise land use management,and carry out land use control regulations.As a result,land use planning at village-level is the extension and complement of existing land use planning system and also the requirement from land use management at village-level in the economic development.
