Modeling of Terephthalic Acid Hydrogenation Purification Process

Based on the laboratory dynamics of terephthalic acid hydrogenation reaction and the reactor model,the modeling of AMOCO patented industrial terephthalic acid hydrogenation purification process is established using the actual industry data in ASPEN PLUS platform.And the process model predictive performance of the product quality 4-CBA is good.According to the process model,the sensitivity analysis of the key industrial variables is carried out,which provides some guidance for industrial optimization.
