The Mechanisms of Transgene Silencing in Plants and the Decrease

With the development of genetic engineering,more and more people pay attention to transgene silencing.The main mechanisms,including position effect,transcriptional silencing and post transcriptional silencing was presented. MAR shows capacity to increase levels of transgene expression and reduce transformatit to transformant variation of transgene expression in stable transformed plants.
