Growth and SODActivity of Several Fungi Mycelium

In this paper, the growth and SOD activity of 11 fungi mycelium in the unified potato culture medium were studied. Results show that mycelium of Coriolus versicolor can reach the biggest biomass at 4.2g/L after 4 days of growth, followed by straw mushroom and oyster mushroom. The SOD activity of Agrocybe chaxingu is the highest, reaching 2.84U/mg mycelium and 5.07 U/mL fermentable liquor.
