STUDY OVER TRANSIENT POPULATION SETTLEMENT IN MEGAPOLIS WITH ZHEJIANG VILLAGE OF BEIJING AND SHIPAI AREA OF GUANGZHOU AS CASES

With the development of industrialization and urbanization, transient population settlement has been grown in the periphery of megapolis since 1990's. This study probes into the characteristics, location, evolution mechanism and developing stage of those settlement so as to provide scientific support for the policy making and management of city transient population.
