Preparation and application of pilling-resistant finisher to wool textile

The pilling-resistant finisher of wool textile had been studied.It discussed the different conditions.The pilling-resistant finisher was made of the ethylene silane coupler and the acrylic ester.Through a series of tests to the finished wool textile,the result showed that the finished wool textile was 5.3 times better than the textile unfinished when the finisher contained 10% silicone and 20%(owf) textile and the bath ratio was 1∶30.The effect was obvious.The colour and handle didn't change,but hydrophilicity of the textile was fractionally lower.
