Study on the improvement of teaching quality in colleges and universities based on PDCA circle

The improvement of teaching quality in colleges and universities is a continual process and application of PDCA cycle in it has good fitness. This paper explains the characteristics of the PDCA cycle improvement of teaching quality in universities and puts forward the guiding idea and analyses the application of the four stage PDCA.
