Objective:To establish an animal model of carbon monoxide poisoning death to study the impact of the temperature on carboxyhemoglobin contents in blood. Methods:The rats were executed by carbon monoxide and the bodies were placed on 25℃,100℃,150℃ and 200℃ for 10 min and 15 min.The blood of rabbits executed by carbon monoxide were placed on 25℃,100℃,150℃ and 200℃ for 3 min.The carboxyhemoglobin in blood was analyzed by UV-VIS.Results:The carboxyhemoglobin in blood descend with the temperature heighten and warm-up time prolong both in the blood of rats body and rabbits. Conclusion:Temperature and warm-up time can affect the carboxyhemoglobin contents in blood.
