IDegAsp: a novel soluble insulin analogs combination

Preliminary clinical data indicate that IDegAsp is a safe, well-tolerated insulin combination and provides a similar overall glycemic control to current insulin preparations with a reduced risk of hypoglycemia. IDegAsp might be a promising treatment option for patients with type 2 diabetes who need to improve control of postprandial glucose excursions and fasting glucose levels.
