Furthermore, we have successfully demonstrated the capabilities of our microscope by imaging fluorescently labeled astrocytes, specifically targeting the vimentin filament protein within these cells. The super-resolution images reveal fine structures of the vimentin cytoskeleton that remain unresolved in the epifluorescent image.
